High performance Industrial Extreme Pressure Gear Oils
P GEAR MEP series includes high performance extreme pressure (EP) industrial gear oils specially formulated for the lubrication of industrial gears subjected to severe loads and shock loading conditions. It is formulated from specially selected premium quality base oils for their oxidation stability and water separating characteristics, and further fortified with selected sulphur-phosphorous additives system to provide outstanding extreme pressure properties and wear protection, enhanced oxidation stability andresistance torusting and foaming.
Applications
Recommended for the lubrication of :
- All types of enclosed gears (spur, helical, bevel) with circulation or splash lubrication systems especially where operating conditions involve heavy or shock loads.
- Industrial type reduction gearboxes on mining equipments, cement mills, ball and rolling mills, crushers, conveyors, kiln, winches, machine tools and
marine equipments. - Non gear applications include shaft couplings.
- Screws and plain androlling contact bearings.
